What about warranty?

Our warranty is a Lifetime Limited. The obligation of Classic Window Fashions is limited to repair or replacement mechanism (hardware) of the window fashion product or components found to be defective and exclude shipping charges, if it's necessary. Repairs will be made with like or similar parts. This warranty does not cover any conditions or damages resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, exposure to the elements, excessive humidity, fading or discoloration over time, or failure to follow our instructions with respect to measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance...

Warranty Continued

This warranty also does not cover any condition or damage resulting from removal of the product or reinstallation (without our supervision or execution) in the same or another window or application, or wear and tear.

What about components?

Our components (hardware) are solid, steel and aluminum. Built to Last! The fabrics we carry are the top of the line such as: Kranet Fabrics, Robert Allen Fabrics, Kasmir Fabrics, Norbar Line and many more...

What about service?

Almost all our services we do at your home - Same day or returned the next day!

Do you offer Drapes & Soft Treatments?

Soft Treatments & Drapes we offer complete workroom. Service with no middle person.

Do you charge for measuring and installing?

We don't charge for measuring and installing.

Do you charge for advices and recommendations?

We don't charge for advices and recommendations. You receive straight good recommendations from the source!
